FlowTranslation is an AI-powered translation application that provides instant clipboard-based translation through a floating Picture in Picture interface.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FlowTranslation.
By using the Service, you represent that:

Clipboard monitoring only occurs when translation mode is enabled by the user.
You are solely responsible for the content you copy and choose to translate.
You should avoid copying highly sensitive or confidential information.
Translations generated by AI may not always be accurate, complete, or contextually correct.
FlowTranslation does not guarantee:
Translation accuracy
Availability of all languages
Uninterrupted operation
Error-free translations
Users should independently verify important translations.
FlowTranslation is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate translations.
All rights, title, and interest in FlowTranslation, including but not limited to:
App design
Branding
Logos
UI elements
Software
Features
Visual assets
remain the property of FlowTranslation or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without permission.
Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
Available purchase options may include:
Weekly subscription
Monthly subscription
Lifetime purchase
Prices may change at any time.
Payments are processed through Apple App Store billing systems.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if users violate these Terms.
Users may stop using the Service at any time.

If you downloaded FlowTranslation through the Apple App Store:
Apple is not responsible for the Service
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
You must comply with Apple’s App Store terms and policies.
You agree not to use the Service in violation of export control laws or sanctions regulations.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms become effective upon posting.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the Service operator resides, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
