By downloading, accessing, or using FastExample (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
The App is intended to provide educational examples and general informational content. You agree not to misuse the App or use it for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
Any information related to health, nutrition, or the human body is provided for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. The App is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional regarding personal medical concerns.
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled through the platform you use, such as Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to the applicable platform rules and policies.
Refunds, cancellations, and billing-related requests are generally subject to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made. We do not control platform billing systems and may not be able to issue refunds directly in all cases.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be processed in connection with App functionality, subscriptions, security, and third-party services.
All content made available through the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and other materials, is owned by FastExample or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App or its content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the App, or created risk or harm to the App, other users, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
You acknowledge and agree that Fastexample may, at its sole discretion, at any time, suspend, limit, or permanently discontinue the Service or the application, or any feature or part thereof, without notice and without liability to you or to any third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FastExample and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the App.
