Fahs helps vehicle owners: inspect a car's condition from photos using AI, diagnose OBD2 fault codes, get a periodic maintenance guide, identify car parts and their part numbers, and inspect car sale listings via URL. These services rely on artificial intelligence (AI) technology provided through third-party AI providers.
All inspection, diagnostic results, and reports provided by the app are generated using artificial intelligence (AI) and are advisory guidance only — they are not a certified engineering inspection or professional technical diagnosis.
The accuracy of AI-based inspection results does not exceed 90% at best, and may be lower depending on image quality or the clarity of the input data.
App results do not replace, in any way, an in-person inspection by a qualified mechanic or technician before making any decision to buy, sell, repair, or install any part.
Suggested part numbers, prices, and purchase channels are estimates that must be verified with the supplier or authorized dealer before purchase.
Fahs and the Owida team bear no responsibility for any financial, technical, or legal decision made solely based on AI results without independent human verification.
You must be 18 years or older to use the app, or use it with a parent/guardian's consent.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account used in violation of these Terms.
Some features (such as photo inspection, OBD2 diagnostics, the maintenance guide, and parts identification) require spending in-app "Owida Coins" or an active paid subscription.
Payments and subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and our subscription management provider (RevenueCat), and are subject to Apple's billing and refund policies.
Owida Coins are a virtual in-app currency with no real-world monetary value outside the app, and are non-refundable except in cases of a technical failure to deliver the service (in which case coins are automatically refunded to your balance).
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices and the coin cost of features, with advance notice within the app where possible.
When you upload photos (of a vehicle, a spare part, etc.), you grant us a limited license to process and store them solely for the purpose of providing the service (AI analysis, report generation, and maintaining your history).
Uploaded photos or content must not contain material that is unlawful or infringes on a third party's rights.
You can delete your reports and photos from within the app at any time.
You may not use the app for: fraud, impersonation, attempting to hack or disrupt the service, reverse engineering the app, extracting other users' data, or misusing the app's AI features for purposes unrelated to vehicles in a way that abuses the service.
All rights to the app, its design, the "Fahs" name and logo, and its software content are owned by the Owida team and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.
The app is provided "As Is" without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, continuity, or error-free operation. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or complete reliance on, AI-generated results instead of independent human expert judgment.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after any change constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or the service entirely if these Terms are violated, without prior notice in serious cases.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
