You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of use and the LoopCentric privacy policy by downloading, installing, using, or otherwise accessing the services provided by LoopCentric. You also represent that you are of legal age to use the service under applicable law and/or that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms of use. PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, USE OR OTHERWISE ACCESS THE SERVICES IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE OR DISAGREE WITH THEM. USAGE OF THE SERVICES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED WITHOUT ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE.

• Account

Your account may only be used for non-commercial, personal purposes. You must not provide anyone else access to your Account, reveal your Login Information (such as your Google Play(ID) or Apple ID), or do any other actions that could compromise the security of your Account. Your Login Information must be kept secure at all times, and you are solely responsible for any and all uses of it, including any purchases or other modifications to your Account and/or Account status, whether or not you approved them. Anything that occurs through your Account is your fault.
If you let any third party access your Login Information and/or Account, LoopCentric won't be liable for anything that occurs on, through, or to your Account and/or Account status as a result. You must tell LoopCentric right once and change your Login Information if you discover or have a good faith suspicion of any security breach, including without limitation any loss, theft, or unauthorised disclosure of the Login Information. Without such quick notice, we are unable to ensure the security of your Service's progress.

• Licensing and ownership

LoopCentric is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights, including all rights to all data and content included in the Service, including all games and game content, including computer code, objects, characters, dialogue, concepts, artwork, animations, catchphrases, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, documentation, in-game chat transcripts, character information, and recordings of games played using LoopCentric software.
Any content that appears in the Services is owned by LoopCentric, and it has permission to use it. You acknowledge that you do not own, have any ownership interest in, or otherwise have any title to, any content that appears in the Service, including without limitation (a) "Virtual Goods'' or (b) "Virtual Currency" appearing or originating in any LoopCentric Services, whether obtained through the use of a Service or acquired from LoopCentric, or (c) any other elements connected to an Account or saved on the Service. You agree and accept that you do not own or otherwise have any property rights in the Account, and you further agree and acknowledge that LoopCentric owns all rights to the Account and will do so in perpetuity.
LoopCentric now offers you a limited licence to utilise our Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only, subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use. This licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable.
You are not allowed to use LoopCentric' intellectual property in any way, including reproduction, distribution, copying, exchanging, altering, decompiling, translating, leasing services, or any other use not expressly authorised by LoopCentric in a written agreement.
Any infringement on ownership rights or usage that is not in compliance with these Terms of usage is explicitly forbidden and might lead to harsh civil or criminal penalties.

• Limits on licences

You acknowledge that while utilising any LoopCentric Services, you will not, in any way:

• initiate, aid, or participate (directly or indirectly) in any attack, such as a hacker attack, the dissemination of any viruses, worms, adware, or other harmful or destructive code on the Services, or other attempts to disrupt the Services or the use of the Services by anyone else.

• Post or submit any content that is abusive, threatening, bullying, obscene, harassing, offensive, pornographic, unlawful, or that violates the rights of other users. Harass, bully, or threaten any other users.

• exploit any flaws or faults in the offered services, distribute them, or in any other way encourage other users to use them

• Attempting to access another user's Account, gathering or harvesting another user's personal information, or attempting to discover another user's login details are prohibited.

• You won't make an effort to gain unauthorised access to the Service, Accounts registered to third parties, or networks from which the Service is supplied, including by getting around or around robot exclusion headers or the Service's security systems;

• Apply any software, hardware, or coding to the Services in an effort to send content, spider, scrape, or crawl the Services, or to collect or modify any data from the Services, including any user data;

• Advocate, promote, or in any other way assist in the commission of any unlawful activity (including, but not limited to, gambling, drug usage, theft, endangering the life or health of another person), or assist in the violation of these Terms of usage.

• Purchases

• You may acquire a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use "Virtual goods" within the Service using "real world" money, including: (a) "virtual currency"; (b) "virtual in-game items"; and (c) other goods or services.

• All other methods of purchasing virtual products are prohibited unless expressly permitted by us or our authorised partners, and you may only do so through the Service.

• All Virtual Goods transactions are managed by independent online merchants. You accept the Terms of Use of the third-party payment providers by purchasing in-game virtual goods.

• You acknowledge that none of the Virtual Goods for which you purchase a licence are yours to possess or otherwise have a property interest. Virtual goods have no intrinsic worth and cannot be exchanged for money from the real world. You acknowledge that LoopCentric' specific written permission is required in order to seek a refund for obtaining a licence to use Virtual Goods; otherwise, you agree that all prices and sales of Virtual Goods are final.

• LoopCentric reserves the right to regulate, manage, modify, or eliminate Virtual Goods with or without previous notice, as well as to change or limit the pricing, availability, or order quantity of any Virtual Goods. In the case that LoopCentric makes use of any such rights, LoopCentric won't be liable to you or any other person.

• Free Trials

To encourage people to sample our services, LoopCentric offers free trials for some of the paid subscriptions for particular apps. LoopCentric has the right to establish or modify the requirements for free trials.We will charge the appropriate monthly fee for your chosen plan through your designated payment method as soon as your trial period finishes unless you cancel your membership before then.

• Subscriptions

LoopCentric  services' subscription plans enable customers to use our services and goods often and continuously for a set amount of time. Our apps' paid subscriptions start on the day we receive payment. To keep their subscriptions active, all subscribers must pay the monthly fees on schedule. If they don't, consumers may experience service interruptions on our apps.Prices of each plan might be different in different countries. Actual price might be converted to country’s currency user subscribes in. Payments will be charged from users iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Users need to cancel their subscriptions/disable auto renewal at least  24 hours before their subscription period ends. Auto renewal cost will be same as you originally charged. Users can manage their subscriptions and turn auto renewal off by navigating to their App Store account settings after purchases are made.

• Billing Terms Via Apple ID

The Apple ID linked to their App Store account can be used by subscribers to subscribe to our services and make in-app purchases by following the on-screen prompts. When users sign up for our apps, they understand and agree that:

• A user's Apple ID account is charged for all unpaid balances;

• A minimum of 24 hours before the end of the current subscription month, consumers must cancel their subscriptions. Alternatively, the subscription will automatically renew for the same period;

• Exactly 24 hours before to the subscription's renewal, all fees are charged;

• In the Account Settings section of the Apple App Store, consumers can manage or cancel their subscriptions.

• Consumer Content

The LoopCentric Services may offer chances for users to contribute written, graphic, or other content (collectively referred to as "User Content") to group chats, surveys, message blogs, open or closed tests, or other possibilities.  You understand and agree that LoopCentric will always process any of your personal information contained in such content in accordance with these Terms of Use.

• Product updates & modifications

LoopCentric maintains the right, with or without prior notice to you and without incurring any obligation to you, to alter, change, or update any components of the Service, including Virtual Goods, Virtual In-Game Items, and any other features and specifications. You understand and agree that in order to continue using and supporting LoopCentric Services, LoopCentric may ask you to approve and download updates. You understand and agree that we may update or modify the Service automatically, without requiring a manual install and with or without further notification to you.

• Termination

You acknowledge and accept that these Terms of Use shall automatically expire if any of these conditions are breached, regardless of whether the violation was due to negligence or willful misconduct. You must promptly stop using the Services after termination. LoopCentric has the right to disable or terminate your Account at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice, and you accept and agree with this right.

• WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LoopCentric RENounces ANY WARRANTY AND/OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT THE SERVICES PROVIDED ARE SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, FUNCTION PROPERLY, OR DO NOT CONTAIN ANY HARMFUL COMPONENTS, WITHOUT LIMITING ITS LIABILITY. LoopCentric PROVIDES ALL SERVICES "AS IS." LoopCentric SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ACTUAL LOSS, PROFIT LOSS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS LOSS), REGARDLESS OF WHETHER LoopCentric HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH DAMAGE OR NOT.

• UPDATE TO TERMS OF USE

You understand and agree that LoopCentric maintains the right to change these Terms of Use or Privacy Policy at any time by posting an updated version to the website located at this address. The revised Terms of Use or Privacy Policy are effective as soon as they are published here. You are urged to periodically check the website for notices regarding such modifications.

This agreement's legal effect is limited to its English language form. This content may be available in different languages solely for your convenience.
