These terms and conditions apply to the Keep Photos app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Ubunico Team (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.

• We are not responsible for any matters resulting from such interaction with third parties, such as anything resulting from visiting third-party websites or using third-party content.

• Any Content You download by our Apps is only permitted for Fair Use purposes, such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. We respect Intellectual Property Rights seriously. Although We can not detect your behaviour of using such content, We request You to respect Intellectual Property Rights as We do. You hereby acknowledge that WE DO NOT have any responsibility or liability if You illegally use downloaded content, and such responsibility solely lies with You.

• We undertakes its utmost effort to ensure that the content provided on this Application infringes no applicable legal provisions or third-party rights. However, it may not always be possible to achieve such a result.

• Therefore, We reserve the right to take any appropriate measure to protect its legitimate interests including by denying You access to this Application or the Service, terminating contracts, reporting any misconduct performed through this Application or the Service to the competent authorities.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions allow You to receive a Product continuously or regularly over a determined period of time.

• Payments will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period and identify the cost of the renewal.

• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

• All prices are subject to change without notification. We occasionally run promotion prices as incentives or limited time opportunities for qualifying purchases made during the promotional time period. Due to the time sensitive and promotional nature of these events, we are unable to offer price protection or retroactive discounts or refunds for previous purchases in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription

• You may cancel a subscription during its free period via the subscription setting through your iTunes Account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
