These Terms of Service apply to your use of the For Today app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using For Today, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the app.

2. About For Today

For Today is a productivity app designed to help you focus on tasks for the current day.

The app lets you add tasks, complete tasks, view history, track progress, and use related productivity features.

3. Free and Pro Features

For Today may include both free and paid features.

Free users may have limits, such as a limited number of open tasks, limited history, or restricted access to stats.

For Today Pro may include features such as:

- Unlimited open tasks

- Full task history

- Full stats access

The exact features may change over time as the app improves.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Trials

For Today Pro may be available as a subscription, lifetime purchase, free trial, or other purchase option.

All prices, trial details, renewal terms, and purchase conditions are shown in the App Store purchase flow before you confirm payment.

Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple Account.

If you buy a subscription, it may automatically renew unless you cancel it through your Apple Account settings before the renewal date.

5. Managing or Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.

6. Lifetime Purchases

If For Today offers a lifetime purchase, it gives access to the included Pro features for the lifetime of the app, subject to these Terms and App Store rules.

A lifetime purchase does not guarantee that all future features, separate products, or services will be included unless stated otherwise.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its functionality, reverse engineer it, or use it for illegal purposes.

8. App Availability and Changes

We may update, change, pause, or remove features at any time.

We aim to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

9. No Professional Advice

For Today is a productivity tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

For Today is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not make guarantees that the app will always work perfectly, be available at all times, or meet every user’s expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Egils Broks is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the app.

This includes loss of data, missed tasks, lost productivity, or other losses resulting from use of the app.

12. Privacy

Your use of For Today is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, unless local consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
