• Decompile or reverse-engineer the hand-tracking technology.

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. User-Generated Content If the app allows you to record "Air Scores" or musical sessions:

• You retain ownership of the music you create.

• You are responsible for ensuring your recordings do not violate any third-party rights or local laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties Nalo is provided "as is." While we strive for the best experience, we do not guarantee that the hand-tracking will be 100% accurate in all lighting conditions or on all hardware.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nalo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the application.
