Welcome to Mora! By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Mora mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
1. Age Requirement and Eligibility (18+) Mora is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into and abide by these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, you are expressly prohibited from using this App.
2. Description of Service Mora is a creative photo editing application. The App provides features that allow users to upload their personal photos, apply various artistic (such as oil painting or baroque styles), humorous, or other stylistic filters and effects, and subsequently save the modified images to their mobile devices.
3. User Content and Photo Processing License
Ownership: You retain all your ownership rights to the original photos you upload to the App ("User Content"). Mora does not claim any ownership rights over your original images.
License to Process: In order to provide you with our editing services, you grant Mora a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, process, modify, and render your uploaded photos strictly for the purpose of applying the filters and effects you select within the App.
Content Rules: You are solely responsible for the photos you upload. You agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, violent, pornographic, offensive, or that infringes upon the privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party. We reserve the right to restrict access or refuse service if these rules are violated.
4. Intellectual Property Rights The App, including but not limited to its source code, filter algorithms, artistic effect designs, user interface, graphics, trademarks, and logos, is the exclusive property of Mora and its licensors. These assets are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.
5. Prohibited Conduct While using the App, you agree that you will not:
Use the App or the generated images for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software or algorithms comprising the App;
Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful materials;
Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the App or its related servers and networks.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties The App and all included filters, effects, and services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or secure operation of the App. Furthermore, we do not guarantee that the specific artistic or humorous filter effects will perfectly meet your subjective visual expectations or preferences.
7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Mora, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or device malfunction, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App.
8. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
