Welcome to Kick Tac Toe - Football ("the app"), operated by Garden Games ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Kick Tac Toe is a football-themed trivia and puzzle game provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the app;
Use the app in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful manner;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, its servers, or any related systems;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or its security features.
The app is not directed to children under the age of 13. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The app may offer virtual coins, jokers, avatars, grids, and other in-game items ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or cash, and cannot be transferred outside the app. We may modify, manage, or remove Virtual Items at any time.
The app may offer optional subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and we do not process or store your payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Prices for subscriptions and Virtual Items are set by us and may change at any time. Purchases made through third-party stores are also subject to those stores' own terms.
The app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob and may show rewarded or interstitial ads. By using the app, you acknowledge that advertising is part of the free experience. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collected through advertising services.
All content in the app, including its design, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Garden Games or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Player names, club references, and football-related data are used for informational and entertainment purposes only.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garden Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
