Account Registration (Students & Teachers): When you create an account, we collect your email address, name.
Student Profile Information: For students, we additionally collect your academic year and group affiliation to provide relevant academic content and announcements.
Teacher Profile Information: For teachers, we collect information necessary for account verification and identification.
User Content: Information you create or submit through the Platform, such as tasks added to the To-Do list, announcements posted by Teachers.
Communication: If you contact us directly (e.g., for support), we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, the contents of the message, and any other information you may choose to provide.

Service Providers: We use third-party services for backend infrastructure (database hosting, authentication, Edge Functions).
AI Processing (OpenAI): When you interact with the AI NTIC assistant your personal data (name, email) is NOT sent during this process, and your interactions are NOT used to train OpenAI's models.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely , which employs industry-standard security measures.
