Welcome to Dora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Dora ("Dora," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Dora mobile application, website, features, content, and related services (collectively, the "App" or "Services").

Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, accessing, or using Dora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

By creating an account or using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.

• You are legally permitted to use the App under the laws of your home country and any jurisdiction that applies to you.

• You have not been convicted of, and are not subject to any court order relating to, assault, violence, sexual misconduct, harassment, or any offense that would make your use of the App unsafe for others.

• You are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country.

• You are not prohibited from using the App under applicable laws or these Terms.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the App if we believe you do not meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it updated.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.

3. User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

Dora is designed to help adults discover, communicate, and build meaningful connections. You agree to use the App respectfully, lawfully, and in a way that does not harm other users or the integrity of the Services.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose.

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity, age, affiliation, relationship status, or intentions.

• Harass, stalk, bully, threaten, intimidate, exploit, or harm another user.

• Post, send, or share content that is hateful, threatening, violent, sexually explicit, pornographic, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate.

• Use the App for solicitation, prostitution, escort services, spam, scams, phishing, or commercial promotion without our permission.

• Collect, scrape, data mine, copy, or use automated systems to access the App, except as expressly permitted by us.

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to create fake engagement, send bulk messages, manipulate discovery features, or evade moderation.

• Upload or share content that infringes any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person.

• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the App, its security systems, or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to investigate, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.

4. AI-Assisted Communications and User Messaging

Dora may include, support, or allow features that involve artificial intelligence, automated suggestions, writing assistance, translation, summarization, moderation tools, or similar technologies. In addition, you understand and agree that other users may use AI agents, AI writing assistants, automated tools, or similar technology to help draft, edit, translate, summarize, manage, or respond to messages and other communications within the App.

AI-assisted communications may not always be fully written manually by the person sending them. A message, profile response, prompt, or other communication you receive may be partially or fully assisted by an AI agent or automated tool.

You remain solely responsible for any content, messages, replies, images, profile information, or other materials sent from your account, including content generated, edited, suggested, or assisted by AI. You may not use AI agents or automated tools to mislead, impersonate, harass, manipulate, spam, scam, or otherwise harm other users.

AI-generated or AI-assisted content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or may not reflect a user’s actual intent. You should use your own judgment when interacting with others. Dora does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, safety, or reliability of any user communication, whether manually written or AI-assisted.

We may use automated systems and human review to detect abuse, enforce these Terms, improve safety, and moderate content. However, we do not guarantee that all harmful, misleading, AI-assisted, or inappropriate content will be detected or removed.

5. User Content and License

You retain ownership of the information, photos, messages, profile content, and other materials you submit, post, upload, send, or display through the App ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant Dora a worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish, translate, distribute, and otherwise process such content for the purpose of operating, providing, maintaining, protecting, promoting, and improving the App and related services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or the rights of any third party.

Dora owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its technology, design, interface, software, trademarks, logos, systems, and related intellectual property.

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, remove, restrict, or disable access to User Content at any time if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or may create risk for Dora, users, or third parties.

6. Safety and Interactions with Others

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both inside and outside the App.

Dora does not conduct criminal background checks on users and does not independently verify all information users provide. We make no representations or warranties regarding the conduct, identity, intentions, background, or authenticity of any user.

You agree to use caution in all interactions, especially if you choose to communicate outside the App, share personal information, send money, or meet another person in real life. Never share financial information, passwords, verification codes, or sensitive personal data with another user.

If you believe another user has violated these Terms or created a safety risk, you may report the user or content through the App or contact us directly.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature within Dora:

• Payments will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account, as applicable.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the applicable app store.

We may change paid features, pricing, trial offers, or subscription terms from time to time, subject to applicable law and app store requirements.

8. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, caused potential legal exposure, or otherwise used the App in a harmful or inappropriate way.

You may stop using the App at any time. Termination does not limit any rights or obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dora disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times. We do not guarantee that user content, AI-assisted communications, recommendations, moderation decisions, or interactions with other users will be accurate, safe, authentic, or meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dora, its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to:

• Your acces s to, use of, or inability to access or use the App.

• Any conduct, content, communication, or interaction of any user or third party, including AI-assisted communications.

• Unauthorized access, use, alteration, or loss of your content or account.

• Any decision you make based on content, messages, suggestions, AI-assisted output, or interactions through the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Internal Review and Dispute Resolution

Before starting any legal proceeding, arbitration, or formal claim against Dora, you agree to first contact us and participate in our internal review and dispute resolution process, unless applicable law prohibits this requirement or immediate legal action is necessary to prevent imminent harm.

To start the internal review process, you must send a written notice to dorafeedback@storiesmymotion.com with:

• Your account information or the email associated with your account.

• A clear description of the issue or dispute.

• Any relevant screenshots, receipts, messages, reports, or supporting information.

• The outcome or resolution you are requesting.

After receiving your notice, Dora will review the matter in good faith. We may request additional information, review account activity, examine relevant content or transaction records, and provide a response or proposed resolution. You agree to cooperate reasonably with this process.

You and Dora agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through this internal review process before escalating the matter to arbitration, court, chargeback, payment dispute, regulatory complaint, or other formal process, except where such restriction is not allowed by law.

If the dispute is not resolved through internal review within a reasonable period, or if Dora determines that the issue cannot be resolved internally, either party may proceed with the dispute resolution options available under these Terms and applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the App, by email, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
