Platform Name: JNAC SWM
Effective Date: May 30, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (referred to as terms-JNAC) constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Citizen", "Field Worker", or "Supervisor") and Aadrika Technologies (referred to as "Aadrika Technologies", "We", "Us", or "Our"), regarding your installation, access, navigation, and usage of the JNAC SWM mobile application, control panels, and linked backend APIs. By downloading, registering, installing, accessing, or using the platform, you signify your absolute, unqualified, and unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and must remove it immediately.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall apply:
The App / Platform: The JNAC SWM mobile application and the connected administrative web dashboards.
JNAC: The Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.
Operator: Aadrika Technologies, the company contracted to build, deploy, manage, and host the platform.
Citizen Account: User profiles created by residents of Jamshedpur to report issues or respond to municipal surveys.
Worker Account: User profiles created for waste truck drivers, garbage collection workers, and field inspectors.
MUNICIPAL PARTNERSHIP DECLARATION: You acknowledge that JNAC SWM is a digital platform commissioned by the Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC), which is an urban local body under the Government of Jharkhand. Aadrika Technologies functions as the authorized technological operator under a formal administrative contract. The platform is intended to facilitate civic operations and public services. You acknowledge that Aadrika Technologies is a technology facilitator and does not possess direct regulatory municipal authority.
To create an account and utilize the JNAC SWM platform, you must be a resident of India and possess the legal capacity to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under the age of 18 (a minor), you must obtain prior consent from a parent or legal guardian to access the platform. Registered worker accounts are strictly limited to verified, legally employed field executives and officers of JNAC or its waste management vendors.
To access the services of the platform, you must register using an active Indian mobile number. During registration, you agree to:
Provide accurate and true profile details (name, ward number, holding details).
Complete mobile number verification using the SMS-based One-Time Password (OTP) system.
Maintain the mobile number in active status to receive alerts, status changes, and administrative announcements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login sessions and account activities. You agree to:
Prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing the JNAC SWM application installed on your device.
Avoid sharing verification OTPs with any individual, including municipal field workers.
Promptly notify Aadrika Technologies at info.JNCA@gmail.com of any security incident or suspected unauthorized usage of your profile.
Field Worker and Supervisor accounts are created directly by administrators or registered through verification codes. If you register as a Field Worker:
You confirm that you are currently employed or contracted by JNAC or its authorized waste handling vendors.
You agree to log in at the start of your assigned shift and log out when your shift ends.
You agree to follow the designated collection routing plans specified in your dashboard.
The JNAC SWM platform acts as a digital interface to assist, schedule, map, and verify Solid Waste Management operations. This includes mapping routes for garbage trucks, collecting segregation statistics, and monitoring civic complaints. The scheduling, routing, and frequency of waste collections remain under JNAC municipal directives. The platform does not guarantee daily truck arrivals at specific households.
We grant citizens a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and non-commercial license to install and run the JNAC SWM application on a personal mobile device. This license is granted solely to allow you to log complaints, view local sanitation announcements, track your local garbage truck, and participate in municipal surveys.
You agree that you will not use the platform to:
File false, malicious, repetitive, or misleading grievances.
Impersonate any other individual, municipal officer, or JNAC administrator.
Interfere with the functioning of the application by using automated scripts, scrapers, or bot software.
Attempt to access, modify, or delete database files belonging to other users or administrators.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the source code of the JNAC SWM application.
When submitting photographs of garbage piles or sanitation issues:
The photos must represent the actual condition of the reported site.
The photos must not contain offensive, indecent, violent, or politically sensitive material.
The photos must not violate the privacy of any individual (e.g., exposing faces without consent). We reserve the right to delete any content that violates these standards.
STRICT LOCATION RULES: For sanitation workers and drivers, the use of Mock Location apps, GPS spoofer utilities, or any developer tools to simulate fake location coordinates is strictly prohibited. Falsifying GPS data to simulate routing compliance constitutes a breach of contract with JNAC. Aadrika Technologies utilizes location auditing methods to flag mock locations, which may lead to account suspension and disciplinary action.
Citizens acknowledge that JNAC SWM is a reporting and tracking platform. While grievances are routed to ward inspectors, resolving complaints (such as clearing trash heaps) is subject to JNAC municipal resources, local weather conditions, and operational schedules. Aadrika Technologies is not liable for delayed resolution times of sanitation tickets.
We strive to keep the JNAC SWM platform available 24/7. However, the platform may experience scheduled maintenance periods, server upgrades, or unexpected downtime. Aadrika Technologies does not guarantee uninterrupted system access and is not liable for any operational losses resulting from platform downtime.
All intellectual property rights associated with JNAC SWM, including source code, design layouts, graphics, database designs, branding, and logos, are the exclusive property of Aadrika Technologies, JNAC, and licensing partners. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the platform.
By submitting text, feedback, or photos of sanitation complaints to the JNAC SWM platform, you grant Aadrika Technologies and JNAC a perpetual, royalty-free, and sub-licensable license to use, display, and share the content for municipal operations, sanitation reporting, and audit purposes.
To function, the application requires access to the internet and GPS. You are solely responsible for obtaining compatible device hardware and paying any network carrier charges (such as mobile data and SMS charges) incurred while using the platform.
The application integrates third-party services, such as Google Maps APIs, to display maps and determine coordinates. Your usage of these map interfaces is subject to the respective provider's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the accuracy of maps or route guidance.
THE JNAC SWM APPLICATION AND ALL CONNECTED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. AADRIKA TECHNOLOGIES AND JNAC DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree that the Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) and the Government of Jharkhand are not liable for software defects, server errors, API failures, or data losses experienced during your usage of the platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aadrika Technologies, its directors, and JNAC officers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions or misuse of the platform.
Neither Aadrika Technologies nor JNAC shall be held responsible or liable for any delay or failure in platform performance resulting from causes beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, government mandates, strikes, or civil unrest.
If you believe that any content displayed on the JNAC SWM platform infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, you can file a takedown notice by emailing info.JNCA@gmail.com with the details of the infringing material.
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your user account, without notice or liability, if we discover that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, submitted fraudulent records, or engaged in activities that compromise the security of the platform.
Aadrika Technologies, in coordination with the Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee, reserves the right to suspend or retire the JNAC SWM platform, terminate support, or discontinue services at any time.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such provision shall be modified to be enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions (terms-JNAC) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Aadrika Technologies regarding the JNAC SWM platform. The failure of Aadrika Technologies to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
