Welcome to AI Video Generator. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Video Generator mobile application ("the App") provided by AI Video Generator ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may need to create an account to use certain features.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws.
You must not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including spamming, harassment, or infringing on others’ rights.
You retain full ownership of the content you create using the App.
By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service.
All generated videos are stored for 30 days from the date of creation.
After 30 days, videos are permanently deleted.
It is your responsibility to download your content within this timeframe. We are not liable for loss of content due to automatic deletion.
The App and all associated content and technology are the exclusive property of AI Video Generator.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The App may include links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice or cause.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new Terms. Please check this page periodically for changes.
We provide the App “as is” without any warranties.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey.
