The App is designed to provide temperature tracking services without requiring a thermometer. The App requires a subscription to access all features.
You agree to use the App solely for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized use of the App is prohibited.
3. User Conduct
When using the App, you agree to:
Not misuse the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or harm the App in any way.
Not interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
Not use the App in a way that violates the rights of others or applicable laws.
Not use the App to create content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks.
4. Subscription and Billing
The App offers auto-renewable subscription options:
Weekly: $4.99 per week
Monthly: $9.99 per month
Yearly: $47.99 per year
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Symptoms tracking
Medications tracking
Family members profiles
Export PDF functionality
Unlimited reminders
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the App owner and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App's content without express written permission.
The data you generate using the App is owned by you, but the technology and algorithms used to track temperature remain the property of the App owner.
7. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
The App owner is not responsible for:
Any damage or loss resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
Any harm caused by the misuse of the App or its content.
Medical decisions made based on the App's temperature readings.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of USA.
