Welcome to our TCG Scanner Application ("the App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App provides users with tools to scan, identify, catalog, and track trading cards. The App may also provide estimated market values, historical pricing data, and links to third-party marketplaces.
Estimates Only: Any card values, market prices, or financial data provided by the App are strictly estimates based on third-party market data.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of card recognition, pricing, or condition grading.
User Responsibility: You agree that any buying, selling, or trading decisions you make based on data obtained through the App are at your own risk. We are not liable for any financial losses, bad trades, or missed opportunities resulting from the use of our App.
App Content: The underlying software, design, algorithms, and original content of the App are owned by us and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Third-Party IP: The App identifies and displays images, names, and data relating to trading card games (e.g., Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!). These trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual properties belong entirely to their respective publishers and creators. The App is an unofficial utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these copyright or trademark holders.
By using the App, you agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or scanning algorithms of the App.
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the App or extract bulk data/pricing information.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
Use the App for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
If the App requires you to create an account to save your collection:
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and current information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developers, owners, or affiliates of the App be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
