1. Use of the App

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

⚠️ Call recording laws vary by country and region.
You are solely responsible for informing call participants and obtaining required consent.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• The app offers weekly subscriptions, including a 3-day free trial

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Account Settings

Subscription management is handled via RevenueCat and Apple In-App Purchases.

3. Premium Features

An active subscription unlocks:

• Unlimited call recording

• High-quality audio playback

• Voice-to-text transcription

• Background playback

• Export and sharing options

• File organization tools

4. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and functionality are owned by us and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the app is used unlawfully or in violation of these terms.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for:

• Legal consequences of improper call recording

• Data loss caused by device failure or user actions

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
