Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the QR Pocket Generator application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.
Description of Service
QR Pocket Generator provides tools for generating and scanning QR codes. The app allows users to create custom QR codes and scan QR codes using their device's camera. All QR code history is stored locally on your device.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features of our application may require a one-time purchase or subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Free Trial
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.
User Content
You retain all rights to the QR codes you generate or scan using our application. All QR code data and history are stored locally on your device and are not shared with us or third parties. You are solely responsible for the content you generate or scan. You agree not to use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to generating or scanning codes that infringe on others' intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.
QR Code Results
QR Pocket Generator strives to provide accurate QR code generation and scanning. However, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in all cases. The results provided by the app are for informational purposes only. We recommend verifying QR code content before taking any action based on the results.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Pocket Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the service
Any unauthorized access to or use of your device or data
Any errors or inaccuracies in QR code generation or scanning
Any decisions made or actions taken based on QR code results
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to the terms by posting a notice in the application.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
