Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the Document Converter application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

Description of Service Document Converter is a utility application that allows users to convert images to PDF documents, add signatures, and manage document creation. The app provides document conversion functionality with optional features for document management and sharing.

User Accounts and Subscriptions Document Converter may offer both free and premium features. Premium features, if available, require a subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Free Trial Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.

User Data and Privacy Your documents and conversion data are stored locally on your device. We respect your privacy and do not collect or store your personal documents on our servers. You are responsible for backing up your data and maintaining the security of your device.

Any data you choose to export or share from the app is done at your own discretion and responsibility.

App Functionality Document Converter is provided "as is" for your convenience. While we strive to maintain accurate conversion functionality, we cannot guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The app is designed for general use and should not be relied upon for critical applications where absolute accuracy is required.

Acceptable Use You agree to use Document Converter only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app

• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality

• Use the app to harm others or their property

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Convert copyrighted materials without proper authorization

Intellectual Property Document Converter and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitations of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Document Converter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service

• Any loss of data or documents

• Any errors or inaccuracies in the conversion functionality

• Any decisions made or actions taken based on the app's conversion results

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

Data Backup and Recovery While we strive to maintain data integrity, you are responsible for backing up your documents. We are not liable for any loss of data due to app updates, device issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to the terms by posting a notice in the application or through other reasonable means.

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
