These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the mobile application (the “App”) provided by (Style Try ai – Hair & Outfit) (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App allows users to generate AI-based outfit and hairstyle try-on previews by uploading their photos.
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
We do not guarantee that the generated results will be fully accurate representations of clothing fit, size, or appearance.
To generate AI try-on results, you may upload photos. By doing so, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the photos, OR you have permission from the person photographed.
The photos do not contain prohibited, illegal, or harmful content.
You may not upload:
Photos of minors without parental consent
Explicit, offensive, or violent content
Photos of other persons without their permission
Photos are processed solely for generating the try-on result, and are automatically deleted after processing.

You retain all rights to your photos.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes only.
You agree NOT to:
reverse engineer, modify, or copy the App
use the App for illegal or commercial purposes
interfere with the App’s functionality
Some features of the App are available only through a paid subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time in your Apple ID / App Store settings.
We do not process refunds directly. All billing is handled by Apple.
All content provided in the App (UI, design, templates, AI models, graphics, text) is our property or licensed to us.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise use this content without our permission.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We are not responsible for:
any inaccuracies in generated AI results
any decisions made by you based on AI previews
data loss caused by improper device usage
issues related to your device, internet connection, or third-party services
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted inside the App or on our website.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
