1. (USER-CONTROLLED OPTION): PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our VPN APP is a non-obligatory log network. VPN France fast unlimited does not retain personal information of users, including but not limited to names (subscriber names, user names and screen names), addresses (mailing, residential, or business), and phone numbers, unless such data is provided by you depending on the context of your interactions with us, your privacy settings, and the features you use. Except for the limited exceptions described below, we do not automatically collect any Personal Information.
When you launch the APP to use our VPN services, the APP assigns a unique identifier linked to your device identification code (but not to any personally identifiable information). We use this identifier to check your account type before initiating a VPN connection.
If you contact us directly, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, message content, and any attachments you provide. We may also know if you’ve opened our emails.
VPN France fast unlimited may use your email address (if provided) for:
Communicating service-related information or responding to your inquiries.
Sending updates and announcements.
Sending marketing materials like promotions, surveys, or product news related to VPN France fast unlimited (“Marketing emails”). You may opt out of Marketing emails via the instructions in the messages.
We use your personal information only for purposes stated in this Privacy Policy and do not sell your personal data to third parties without your consent.
2. SERVICE INFORMATION RELATED TO YOUR VPN USAGE
Subject to applicable law and in full respect of your privacy, any browsing data, IP addresses, DNS queries, traffic content, or similar information is encrypted and cleared after your VPN “session” ends. VPN France fast unlimited does not monitor the websites you visit or the content transmitted via our VPN servers. Specifically, we do NOT:
Know which user visited any specific website or service.
Know which user was connected at a specific time.
Know original or assigned IP addresses of users.
If someone requests this type of information from VPN France fast unlimited, we cannot provide it — because we do not possess it.
To ensure service quality and fulfill our obligations to users, we may collect the following limited information:
App and Version Information
We collect which app version is installed. This helps us provide technical support and fix bugs.
Connection Logs
We collect info on whether a connection attempt succeeded (not exact time), the selected VPN server (not assigned IP), and your country/ISP (not source IP). This helps us identify and fix regional or network issues.
Data Usage Volume (in MB)
We track total data transferred (not content or destination). Though we support unlimited traffic, we may investigate abnormally high usage to ensure fair access for all users.
Anonymous Diagnostic and Network Data
With your permission, we may collect anonymous analytics like:
Whether a connection failed and why.
Speed test results.
Crash logs (no identifiable user data, handled by third parties like Apple or Google depending on platform).
On iOS, Apple crash reporting can be disabled in device settings.
Conclusion
We collect minimal usage data purely to maintain service performance and cannot tie usage to individuals, since thousands of users may connect to the same server simultaneously.
We’ve built our systems to exclude sensitive data storage. We do not know how individual users utilize our service and we protect your online privacy by design.
