Welcome to Burn AI – Calorie Tracker (“Burn AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Burn AI mobile application and related services (“App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You may use the App only if you:
Are 18 years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
Will use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
Burn AI is an AI-powered nutrition and calorie tracking assistant designed to help users track food intake, calories, and activity.
Core features include:
AI food recognition via photo and voice;
Personalized daily calorie plans;
Macronutrient breakdowns;
Exercise and burned calories tracking;
Calendar & achievements system;
Motivation rewards & medals;
Healthy recipe library;
Interactive charts and progress dashboards.
The App supports weight loss, muscle gain, balanced eating, and general wellness.

All user data — including food logs, images, voice input, activity records, and preferences — is stored locally on your device.
We do not:
Collect personal identifiers;
Transmit your data to servers;
Share, sell, or analyze user data externally.
We only use Apple App Store Connect Analytics for aggregated, anonymous metrics (installs, crashes, sessions).
The App is for general wellness and educational purposes only.
It is not medical advice and does not replace professional care.
Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a diet or fitness program.
You are responsible for providing accurate data.
AI recognition depends on the quality of your inputs.
You are responsible for protecting your device and backups.
You manage camera, microphone, notifications, and storage permissions.
The App does not auto-sync or cloud-store your data.
Deleting the App deletes all local data.
You must not upload illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
You may not:
Promote harmful behaviors;
Harass others;
Manipulate data or achievements.
Premium features may be offered via Apple In-App Purchases.
Payments are processed by Apple;
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled;
You manage billing via your App Store account.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only.
You may not reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or resell the App.
All content, code, branding, visuals, and AI models belong to us or our licensors.
You may not:
Violate laws;
Upload harmful data;
Disrupt the App;
Attempt unauthorized access.
Third-party links or tools operate under their own policies.
Badges, streaks, and medals have no monetary value and are for motivation only.
We may update the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or legal reasons.
The App is provided “as is” without guarantees.
Any feedback you submit may be used without compensation.
We are not liable for:
Data loss;
Health outcomes;
Device issues;
Third-party content.
You must follow all applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the provider’s jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance.
