Welcome to Teleprompter for Videos ("the App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
The App is provided for personal and commercial content creation purposes.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other user's use of the App.
You retain ownership of all scripts, videos, recordings, documents, and other content that you create, import, or process using the App.
You are solely responsible for:
The content you create or upload
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Obtaining any necessary permissions or rights related to your content
We do not claim ownership of your content.
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are processed and billed by Apple through your Apple ID account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
The App may provide document scanning, PDF text extraction, or text recognition features.
These features use Apple's built-in technologies and are processed locally on the user's device.
The App does not use third-party artificial intelligence services to process user-generated content.
User-created scripts, documents, recordings, and videos are not transmitted to OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other third-party AI providers for processing.
The App, including but not limited to its software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and other materials, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the App.
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Circumvent security or access restrictions
Interfere with the operation or integrity of the App
Use the App in a manner that infringes the rights of others
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE APP.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the App
Your content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted within the App or on our website.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
