1. LEGAL AGREEMENT: Acceptance of the Terms
By downloading, installing, or using our app (hereby referred to as "the Application"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Application and remove it from your device. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Application provider.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Ownership and Proprietary Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including but not limited to its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and "look and feel," are the exclusive property of the Application provider.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.
Reverse Engineering: You shall not attempt to extract the source code, bypass security protocols, or create derivative works based on the Application.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS: Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation
Our app offers certain features on a subscription basis ("Premium Services").
Billing: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not apply retrospectively.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renew is turned off in your Store Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Trial Periods: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
4. USER CONDUCT: Acceptable Use and Consent
The Application is designed for legitimate purposes, such as family safety or personal device tracking.
Mandatory Consent: You represent and warrant that you will only track individuals (e.g., family members) who have provided explicit, informed consent to be tracked.
Prohibited Use: You strictly agree not to use the Application for "stalking," unauthorized surveillance, or any activity that violates the privacy rights of others.
Lawful Purpose: You must comply with all local, state, and international laws regarding location sharing and data privacy.
5. SERVICE LIMITATIONS: Connectivity and Accuracy
Technical Requirements: The Application requires a stable internet connection (mobile data or Wi-Fi) and active GPS signals to function correctly.
Accuracy: We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of location data. Environmental factors, signal strength, and device settings (like battery-saving modes) may affect precision and update frequency.
Updates: We may issue mandatory updates to improve performance or security. Failure to update may result in service interruptions.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: "As Is" Basis
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
The Application will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
The results obtained from the use of the Application will be accurate or reliable.
Any errors in the software will be corrected.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of privacy, or physical harm, arising out of your use or inability to use the service. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your breach of these terms or your violation of any third-party rights.
8. TERMINATION OF SERVICE: Breach of Terms
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any illegal or fraudulent behavior.
9. MODIFICATIONS: Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date within the Application. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
