2. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purposes or in violation of local laws.

Engage in data scraping or unauthorized extraction of App data.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Billing: Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple Support.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use this App. By using Manga Elite, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Manga Elite Team makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or reliability of the service or the content accessed through the App.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All manga content, including images and text, remains the property of its respective copyright owners. Manga Elite does not claim ownership of any third-party content.
If you are a copyright owner and believe that any content provided through the App infringes upon your rights, please contact us at mangaelite.support@gmail.com with valid proof of ownership and the specific URL/Content description. We will act promptly to address valid requests.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manga Elite Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice for any violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
