These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the mobile application Pecky Clicker developed by Loquendero Developer. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
By using Pecky Clicker, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
The app offers optional in-app purchases, including consumables and subscriptions, processed through Apple’s App Store using Unity IAP.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or by Apple’s policies.
Pecky Clicker offers an optional auto-renewable subscription with the following conditions:
Title: Monthly Subscription
Length: 1 month (30 days)
Price: Displayed in the app and determined by Apple based on your region
Free Trial: 3 days (if applicable)
By subscribing, you agree that:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
The renewal cost will be the same as the initial subscription price unless otherwise communicated
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device Account Settings

If a free trial is offered:
The free trial period will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
You can restore previously purchased subscriptions at any time using the “Restore Purchases” option within the app or through your Apple account.
The app may display advertisements provided by third-party networks such as AdMob. Ads may be personalized based on your approximate location and usage data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
All content included in the app, such as graphics, design, code, and audio, is owned by Loquendero Developer unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that:
The app will always be available
The app will be free of errors or interruptions
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services (Apple, AdMob, Firebase, etc.)
Your use of the app is at your own risk
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
