Terms of Use for Link List

By using the Link List app ("App", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Link List is a personal tool that helps you save and manage website links. You may use the app for lawful, personal use only. You agree not to misuse the app or use it for any illegal purpose.

2. Ownership and License

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the app, including all code, design, and content. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your personal devices in accordance with these Terms.

3. Subscriptions

We offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

Monthly: $1.99 USD/month

Yearly: $12.99 USD/year

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store using RevenueCat. We do not process or store any payment data.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device settings.

4. iCloud Sync

The app supports optional iCloud synchronization to keep your links backed up and synced across your Apple devices.

We do not access, collect, or store your iCloud data. It is handled by Apple, and your iCloud account remains your responsibility.

5. No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use the app at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, corruption, or device issues.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, we will notify you within the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Always review these terms periodically.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to the app at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
