Terms of Use (EULA) for Painting Identifier – AI Art Scanner

By downloading or using Painting Identifier – AI Art Scanner (“the App”), you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on any Apple device you own or control.

You may not:

• Sell, distribute, or rent the App

• Reverse-engineer or modify the App

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

2. Subscription & Payment

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions with features such as:

• Unlimited painting scans

• Artwork details, artist info, history & estimated value

• Similar artwork suggestions

• Collection management features

Subscriptions:

• Are billed through your Apple ID

• Renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before renewal

• Can be managed or canceled in App Store → Account → Subscriptions

We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods.
Apple manages all refunds directly.

3. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence to:

• Identify paintings

• Estimate artist, period, and style

• Provide artwork information and approximate value

AI results may not be 100% accurate.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or commercial value of any results.

The App is for information and educational purposes only.

4. User Content

By uploading an image, you confirm that:

• You own the rights or have permission to analyze the image

• The content does not violate third-party copyrights

• You will not upload harmful, illegal, or explicit content

Images are processed securely and deleted after analysis.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for authentication, surveillance, or biometric analysis

• Analyze copyrighted materials for resale

• Use the App to harm individuals or organizations

Violation may result in immediate termination of your license.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, features, and AI models in the App remain the property of the developer.
You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Incorrect or incomplete artwork recognition

• Financial losses based on the App’s estimates

• Device damage, data loss, or subscription billing issues

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license if you:

• Misuse the App

• Violate these Terms

• Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the App

Upon termination, you must delete the App from your device.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
