Welcome to PDF Utility Pro ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.
Paid Features: Some features of the App are available only through a paid subscription (e.g., "Premium Access").
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings. We do not process refunds directly; all refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google.
You retain ownership of all files and data you process using the App.
The App processes files locally on your device specifically for privacy. We do not upload your documents to our servers unless explicitly stated for a specific cloud-based feature (if any).
You are solely responsible for the content you process using the App.
You agree not to use the App to:
Violate any laws or regulations.
Infringe upon the rights of others.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
