1. Acceptance of Conditions
By downloading, installing, or interacting with any mobile applications or software services provided by the developer, Sijie Wang ("Developer"), you enter into a legally binding agreement. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease usage and uninstall the software.
2. Scope of License
The Developer grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to use the software on a compatible mobile device. This license is explicitly provided for your private, non-commercial entertainment or utility purposes.
3. Prohibited User Activities
You agree to use our applications in compliance with all relevant international and domestic laws. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following actions:
Attempting to copy, modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, or sub-license the software;
Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the underlying source code or algorithms of the software;
Using automated scripts, bots, or tools to disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the applications and related servers;
Exploiting our software or its visual assets for unauthorized commercial ventures.
4. Proprietary Rights
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the software—including but not limited to source code, graphics, audio, interface layouts, text, and associated trademarks—remain the exclusive property of Sijie Wang or respective licensors. No ownership is transferred to you under this agreement.
5. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Apple Refunds
Billing and Payment: Our applications may offer optional digital content, premium tiers, or subscription plans ("In-App Purchases"). All transactions are processed, billed, and managed exclusively through the Apple App Store payment infrastructure.
Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Apple Refund Policy: All monetary purchases are final. Since transactions are handled entirely by Apple, the Developer has no direct access to Apple's transaction records or billing systems, and therefore cannot process or issue financial refunds directly. Any requests for refunds must be submitted directly to Apple through their official channels (e.g., reportaproblem.apple.com) and will be subject to Apple's App Store Refund Policy.
Consent for Refund Data Processing: In accordance with the App Store’s refund policy, when you initiate a refund request, our server will receive a notification (CONSUMPTION_REQUEST) from Apple. In such cases, we will provide Apple with data related to your subscription to assist Apple in making a decision regarding the refund request. Please note that the data provided is strictly limited to subscription-related consumption information and does not include any personal or sensitive data. By using this application, you explicitly consent to the transmission of your subscription consumption data to Apple, as required for processing refund requests, in compliance with the App Store’s refund policies.
6. Warranty Disclaimers and Indemnity
As-Is Availability: The software is provided to you "as is" and "as available," without warranties or guarantees of any kind regarding uptime, reliability, or error-free operation.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Sijie Wang shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss or device corruption, arising from your utilization of the software.
7. Agreement Termination
This agreement remains active until terminated by either party. You may terminate it at any time by deleting our applications. The Developer reserves the right to revoke your access or terminate this license immediately, without prior notice, if you fail to comply with any provision of these terms.
8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., Hong Kong]. Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably through negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in [Your Designated Location, e.g., Hong Kong].
9. Modifications to Terms
The Developer may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Your continued use of the software following the publication of revised terms constitutes your formal agreement to the updated conditions.
