Kairo does not guarantee refunds for unused virtual items, account suspension, account deletion, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the service, except where required by law.

10. Subscriptions

If Kairo offers subscriptions, your subscription may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through the platform or payment method used to purchase it.

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app may not automatically cancel your subscription.
