Welcome to Flirty. By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About Flirty

Flirty is a mobile application that analyzes screenshots of dating conversations and profiles using artificial intelligence to generate personalized chat reply suggestions and opening lines. The app provides communication assistance based on automated AI analysis. The app does not guarantee romantic outcomes or replace genuine human interaction. Contact: hello@adriamatz.com

2. Eligibility & User Responsibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use this app. If you are under the legal age in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the app responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may sign in with Apple or Google, providing personal information such as your name and email address. You may also use the app in Guest Mode with limited features. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.

4. Image Processing (User Consent)

By uploading screenshots to Flirty, you explicitly consent to the processing of those images for the purpose of generating AI-powered dating suggestions. The app may process:

• Screenshots of dating app conversations

• Screenshots of dating profiles (photos, bios, prompts, interests)

• Text you type manually describing a conversation or profile

Important:

• Screenshots are used only to generate chat replies or opening lines

• Screenshots are not sold or used for advertising

• Screenshots are not stored permanently and are deleted after processing

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence & Third-Party Services

Flirty uses artificial intelligence to generate chat reply suggestions and profile opening lines. To provide this service, the app sends your uploaded screenshots, manually typed text, tone preferences, and language selection to our backend servers (hosted on Google Cloud via Firebase Cloud Functions), which then forwards this data to OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.) for processing using their GPT-4 model.

By using the analysis features of Flirty, you explicitly consent to your data being sent to and processed by OpenAI. OpenAI processes this data solely to generate suggestions and does not use API data to train their models. If you do not agree to your data being processed by OpenAI, do not use the analysis features of the app.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Flirty offers a limited number of free analyses. Once your free credits are used, a subscription is required for continued use.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account

• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect:

• Personal Data (name, email) to manage accounts

• Usage Data (app interactions, number of analyses, device type) to improve performance

• Screenshots temporarily to perform AI analysis

All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, stored, processed, shared, and deleted.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Upload screenshots containing illegal, harmful, or non-consensual content

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the app

• Use the app to harass, deceive, or harm other people

• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission

9. Disclaimer

Flirty provides AI-generated suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes only. The app:

• May generate suggestions that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or ineffective

• Does not guarantee any romantic, social, or relationship outcomes

• Is not a substitute for genuine human connection or professional relationship advice

Always use your own judgment before sending any message. Use of the app is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Inaccurate or inappropriate AI-generated suggestions

• Outcomes resulting from messages sent based on app suggestions

• Decisions or relationship consequences based on app recommendations

• Any damages or losses arising from use of the app

11. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, branding, and features in Flirty are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

12. Updates & Changes

We may update the app or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the app with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be resolved in Spanish courts.
