Description of Service FarmerLink is a digital marketplace that allows users to: ● Create listings for livestock, farm equipment, and related goods ● Browse listings from other users ● Communicate with other users ● Manage personal accounts FarmerLink does not participate in transactions between users.
3. User Conduct Users agree NOT to: ● Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings ● Post illegal or prohibited items ● Harass, threaten, or abuse other users ● Spam or manipulate listings or messages ● Use the app for unlawful purposes We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. User Content Users are responsible for all content they post, including: ● Listings ● Images ● Messages ● Descriptions FarmerLink does not guarantee accuracy of user-generated content.
5. Reporting and Enforcement Users may report listings or accounts that violate these Terms. We may: ● Remove content ● Suspend accounts ● Ban users permanently
6. Account Termination Users may delete their account at any time. We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms without prior notice.
7. No Liability FarmerLink is not responsible for: ● Transactions between users ● Losses or damages from user interactions ● Accuracy of listings posted by users
8. Safety Notice Users should exercise caution when meeting, buying, or selling with other users. We recommend meeting in safe, public locations when applicable.
9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means acceptance of updated Terms.
