Welcome to Boobasuki (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Site, including the content, features, and services provided through it.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Boobasuki (the “Operator,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

To use the Site, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). The Site contains adult-oriented content, including erotic comics and animations with fictional themes (for example, fantasy body transformations).
By using the Site, you confirm and warrant that:
you meet the age requirement; and
viewing such content is legal in your jurisdiction.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we have reasonable grounds to suspect you do not meet the age requirement, or if required by law and/or for safety reasons.
Access to certain content on the Site is provided only with an active subscription on our Patreon page. Payments, billing, subscription cancellation, and the handling of refunds/disputes are carried out by Patreon in accordance with Patreon’s rules and policies.
We do not collect or process your payment card details on the Site.
We use the Patreon API to verify subscription status and grant access.
You may be asked to link your Patreon account to the Site for subscription verification.
Access is granted only to confirmed active subscribers (based on Patreon data).
Subscription tiers and benefits (for example, interactive comics, animations, sketches, early access, community features, custom requests on the top tier) are described on Patreon and may change.
Access after cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, access typically remains until the end of the paid period—depending on Patreon’s rules and the subscription status returned by Patreon.
The Site provides digital content (18+ comics/animations and related materials). To the extent permitted by applicable law, by linking Patreon and receiving immediate access to the content, you request immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal (if such a right applies to digital content provided immediately).
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
All content on the Site, including comics, animations, images, texts, and other materials (the “Content”), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Some Content may be created using AI tools; this does not change our rights unless expressly stated otherwise.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Content for personal, non-commercial use only, and only during an active subscription.
Without our written consent, you may not:
copy, distribute, re-upload, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Content;
publicly display/show the Content;
create derivative works based on the Content;
remove watermarks and copyright notices.
“Likes”/saving within Site features (if available) do not grant any additional rights.
You must not:
distribute, re-upload, or “leak” Content outside the Site;
attempt to download/rip/record/capture Content for distribution (including screenshots/screen recording) for the purpose of sharing with third parties;
bypass subscription verification or access restricted areas without permission;
harass, spam, abuse, or disrupt the operation of the Site;
use the Site for unlawful purposes or promote competing services in a manner that harms the Site.
If you believe that any material infringes your copyright (or you want to report unauthorized re-uploads), contact us on Discord and provide:
what exactly is being infringed;
links/details to locate the material;
your contact information;
a brief explanation and supporting materials (if any).
We may temporarily restrict access to the material while we review the complaint.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site (in whole or in part) if:
you violate these Terms;
there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, underage access, or abuse;
Patreon indicates that the subscription is inactive or cannot be verified;
it is necessary for security, operational stability, or legal compliance.
Where possible, we will notify you in advance, but in urgent cases (for example, suspected underage access, security threats, legal requirements) access may be suspended immediately. Upon termination, your license to the Content ends immediately.
The Site and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
The Content is fictional and intended solely for entertainment.
To the extent permitted by law:
we are not liable for indirect/incidental/special/consequential damages related to the use of the Site; and
our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription for one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, fraud or intentional harm, where such limitation is prohibited).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, costs, expenses, and damages arising from your violation of these Terms or improper use of the Site.
We may update these Terms. The new version will be published on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we process and how (including technical logs and data related to subscription verification).
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, it does not affect the remaining provisions.
No waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Entire agreement: These Terms and the policies referenced in them constitute the entire agreement regarding the use of the Site.
