1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By downloading, accessing, or using AI Dance ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements. You agree not to upload photos of any individual without their consent, and not to upload photos of minors except your own children with your supervision.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
AI Dance is an AI-powered photo and video generation application that provides:
Image Generation Services:
• Template Gallery: Choose from 6 themed categories with 50+ AI-powered templates
- Popular: Trending styles and creative effects
- Holiday Season: Festive Christmas and holiday themes
- Snow Globe: Magical winter wonderland effects
- Snow Magic: Skiing and snowy landscape themes
- Winter Bloom: Elegant winter portrait styles
- Group Shot: Polaroid-style photos for 2 people with 8 creative poses
• AI Image Editing: Uses uploaded photos with text prompts to generate edited images via multiple AI models
- Supports up to 14 images per generation depending on model
- Text prompts up to 20000 characters for detailed editing instructions
- Multiple aspect ratio options available
- Results are AI-edited images based on your instructions
Video Generation Services:
• Create AI-powered videos using multiple professional models (VEO 3.1, Sora 2, Kling 2.5, Hailuo 2.3, Seedance 2.0, Kling 3.0 Motion Control)
• Text-to-video and image-to-video capabilities with reference image support
• Motion and dance videos: animate a photo of yourself, optionally guided by a reference motion video
• Various quality, duration, and aspect ratio options
• Upload photos from gallery or capture new photos using camera as reference images
Content Management:
• History Management: Access and manage all your generated images and videos
• Individual or bulk deletion options available
3. CREDITS SYSTEM
The App operates on a credit-based system:
• Template Image Generation: 30-40 credits per image
• AI Image Editing: 20-70 credits depending on model and resolution
• Video Generation: 100-1500 credits depending on model, quality, and duration
• New users receive 60 free credits upon registration
• Credits are tied to your device and non-transferable
• Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated
• Failed generations will automatically refund credits to your account
4. PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
You may purchase additional credits or subscribe to premium plans through Apple In-App Purchase:
• All purchases are processed through Apple's payment system
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
• Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy
• Unused credits and partial subscription periods may not be refunded after the refund window
• Prices are subject to change with advance notice
• Premium subscribers receive additional credits periodically
Subscription Plans:
• Weekly Plan with Free Trial: 3-day free trial, then $5.99/week. You receive 100 credits during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid weekly subscription at $5.99/week with 500 credits per renewal, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Weekly Plan (No Trial): $5.99/week with 500 credits per renewal.
• Yearly Plan: $39.99/year with 4,000 credits upon purchase and each annual renewal.
Credit Packs (One-Time Purchase):
• Credit packs ranging from 200 to 5,000 credits are available as one-time purchases. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase.
5. USER CONTENT AND OWNERSHIP
Regarding photos and content you upload:
• You retain all ownership rights to your original photos
• You grant us a temporary license to process your photos for generation purposes
• Uploaded photos are processed and automatically deleted within 24 hours
• Generated content is provided to you and stored in your account
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload all photos
• Do not upload photos of individuals without their consent
6. ADVERTISING AND TRACKING
The App integrates Meta (Facebook) SDK and Apple's AdServices framework for advertising measurement purposes. By using the App, you acknowledge:
• The App may collect and share limited app event and purchase attribution data with Meta for advertising campaign measurement and optimization.
• The App uses Apple's AdServices framework to measure Apple Search Ads performance. Campaign, ad group, and keyword-level attribution data is collected for advertising analytics.
• You will be asked for consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any cross-app tracking occurs. You may decline without any impact on the App's core functionality.
• Privacy-preserving attribution through Apple's SKAdNetwork framework operates regardless of your tracking consent.
• No photos, generated content, name, email, or direct personal identity is shared with advertising partners.
7. PROHIBITED USES
You agree NOT to use the App to:
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Upload photos of minors without parental consent
• Create content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent the App's functionality
• Use the service for any commercial purposes without permission
• Share or resell access to your account or credits
8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• Generation times may vary based on server load and complexity
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions
9. USAGE LIMITS
To ensure fair usage, we enforce the following limits:
• Maximum 10 generation requests per minute
• Maximum 3 concurrent processing tasks per account
• These limits may be adjusted to maintain service quality
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
• Generated content quality may vary and is not guaranteed
• AI-generated results are unpredictable by nature
• We are not responsible for how generated content is used
• The App may produce unexpected or unintended results
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, distortions, or misleading representations. You should not rely on AI-generated images as factual depictions.
• You must not use AI-generated content to impersonate, deceive, or misrepresent any person's identity. Creating deepfake or fraudulent identity content is strictly prohibited.
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use, distribution, or publication of AI-generated content.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
12. TERMINATION
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it
• Upon termination, unused credits remain tied to your device
• Generated content remains accessible if you reinstall the app on the same device
• To permanently delete all data before uninstalling, use 'Delete All Content' in Settings
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
