Plant Identifier: Planty Garden is a plant identification app that allows users to identify plants by uploading images. By using this app, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others.

3. Photo Processing

The app may send the images you upload to the OpenAI API via AIProxy for identification purposes. These images are not stored and are used solely for real-time processing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including text, graphics, and design, is the property of Plant Identifier: Planty Garden or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
