1. Use of the App

Nurse Shift Calendar is designed to help nursing professionals manage their work schedules, track earnings, and generate reports. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Nurse Shift Calendar offers premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Annual Plan:  $34.99/year (includes a 3-day free trial).

• Weekly Plan:  $2.99/week.

Subscription Terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at the confirmation of purchase.

• The 3-day free trial (if applicable) automatically converts to a paid annual subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

• Subscription processing and management are handled via RevenueCat and Apple In-App Purchases.

3. Premium Features (Pro Access)

An active subscription unlocks:

• Unlimited Earnings Tracking: Full history of your shifts and income.

• Family & Calendar Sync: Sync your work schedule with system calendars and share with family.

• Advanced Pay Calculators: Automated calculations for overtime, differentials, and taxes.

• Smart Shift Templates: Quickly create and apply recurring shift patterns.

• Detailed PDF Reports: Generate professional payroll and shift reports for export.

4. Data Storage & Disclaimer

• Local Storage: Nurse Shift Calendar stores your shift data locally on your device. We do not provide cloud backups; therefore, you are responsible for maintaining your device or exporting reports to prevent data loss.

• Disclaimer: The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, the pay calculators are for estimation purposes only and should not replace official payroll records.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any legal consequences, financial errors, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the app.
