• Record or input audio for music generation;

• Save and share generated music;

• Access additional features through a paid subscription (if applicable).

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Prices may vary by location and are subject to change.

3. Free and Premium Features

The App may offer limited functionality for free users.
Premium features are available only with an active subscription.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.

4. User Content

All music and audio generated by the App is processed locally on your device.
We do not store or upload your generated content to our servers without your explicit consent.
You are solely responsible for the content you generate, record, or share.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that:

• Generated music or content is free of errors, viruses, or copyright issues;

• The App will always function without interruption or bugs.

You acknowledge that generated content may include third-party sounds or materials beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SonGo: AI Song & Music Maker and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages;

• Data loss or corruption;

• Security issues resulting from generated content;

• Use or inability to use the App.

Use the App at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including design, code, trademarks, and content, are owned by the App’s developers.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App without permission.
