Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code of the App.

The Service, including its original content, UI/UX design, features, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of Global Vista News and its licensors. These assets are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Vista News and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from:
Your use of or inability to access the Service.
Conduct or content provided by any third party within the Service.
Unauthorized access to your transmissions or data.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Vista News, its officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, obligations, or expenses (including attorney's fees) resulting from your violation of this Agreement, your use of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
6. Termination of Access
We reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, including for breaches of this Agreement or for technical/security reasons.
7. Revisions to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or legal environment. Updates will be posted within the App. Your continued engagement with Global Vista News after such modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the revised Agreement.
