Service Terms
By using our Wash & Fold service, you agree to provide accurate contact information and follow posted guidelines for drop‑off, pickup, and payment. We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are unsafe, heavily soiled, or require specialized cleaning outside our scope.
SMS Notifications (Transactional Only)
By providing your mobile number during the service process, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your order, including:

Order ready for pickup
Questions or clarifications about your order
We do not send marketing messages without explicit opt‑in.
Message frequency varies based on service usage (typically 1–2 messages per order).

Customer Responsibilities
You agree to pick up completed orders promptly and verify that all items are present at the time of pickup. Caz Laundry is not responsible for items left unclaimed for more than 30 days.
Limitations of Liability
We take great care with every order. In the rare event of damage or loss, our liability is limited to the standard industry rate of reimbursement per pound, not replacement value. Items without care labels are cleaned at the customer’s risk.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at drop off for in store transactions and due after laundry is weighed for pickup & delivery transactions.
