Al descargar, instalar o utilizar la aplicación Nous (“la Aplicación”), usted acepta quedar legalmente vinculado por los presentes Términos y Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo con alguno de estos términos, le solicitamos no utilizar la Aplicación.
La Aplicación, su código fuente, diseño, funcionalidades y contenidos están protegidos por derechos de autor, marcas registradas y otras leyes aplicables. Usted no puede: copiar, modificar o distribuir la Aplicación; intentar extraer el código fuente; crear versiones derivadas; usar nuestras marcas sin permiso.
Se le concede una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la Aplicación en dispositivos de su propiedad bajo los presentes Términos.
Podremos actualizar la Aplicación para agregar funciones o corregir errores. Nos reservamos el derecho a suspender el servicio sin previo aviso.
Los datos personales proporcionados serán tratados conforme a nuestra Política de Privacidad y la legislación vigente (incluyendo la LFPDPPP y GDPR).
No modifique su dispositivo. Mantenga sus credenciales seguras. No nos hacemos responsables por fallos derivados de configuraciones inseguras.
Algunas funciones requieren acceso a Internet. Usted será responsable por cualquier cargo de su proveedor.
No garantizamos disponibilidad constante ni libre de errores. No somos responsables por decisiones tomadas con base en la Aplicación.
La Aplicación puede utilizar servicios de terceros. No nos responsabilizamos por su contenido o funcionamiento.
Podremos suspender el acceso en cualquier momento. En ese caso, deberá dejar de usar y eliminar la Aplicación.
Podremos modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios se publicarán en esta misma página.

By downloading, installing, or using the Nous application ("the Application"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Application.

Do not modify your device. Keep your credentials secure. We are not responsible for failures caused by unsafe configurations.
Some features require Internet access. You are responsible for any charges from your provider.
We do not guarantee constant availability or error-free service. We are not responsible for decisions based on the Application.
The Application may use third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or functionality.
We may suspend access at any time. In such case, you must stop using and delete the Application.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
