Welcome to LifeTime. By downloading, accessing, or using the LifeTime app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
LifeTime is designed to help users track time, productivity, and personal progress. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Subscriptions
LifeTime offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) that provide access to premium features.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
4. In-App Purchases
The App may offer one-time purchases such as themes or visual enhancements. These purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, features, and functionality of LifeTime are the exclusive property of LifeTime and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that could harm the service or other users.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.
8. Disclaimer
LifeTime is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
