Device Helper is an application that helps users find instructions, troubleshooting guides, and optimization tips for various devices.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this App.
You agree not to use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (device type, brand, model, description, photos, etc.).
The App is free to download. Certain advanced features may require a paid subscription.
Payments are processed via Apple In-App Purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds are managed through Apple.

Device Helper may collect:
Device selection details (category, brand, model).
User-provided text descriptions of problems.
Optional photos or videos you attach.
This data is used only to generate troubleshooting answers and improve the service.
