2.2. "As Is" Basis: The Application is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. The Company does not guarantee that the Application will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
3.1. Ownership: The Application, including its source code, AI algorithms, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, and all other elements, is the proprietary property of the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws.
3.2. License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application on your personal device.
3.3. User Content: By uploading photos or data ("User Content") to the Application, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and modify such User Content for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving the Application (including training our AI models).
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING, AND CANCELLATION
4.1. Premium Services: Certain features are accessible only via a paid subscription.
4.2. Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store your credit card information. We utilize Adapty to validate receipts and manage subscription entitlements.
4.3. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Account Settings.
4.4. Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.
4.5. Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google. The Company cannot issue refunds directly.
5. ACCURACY AND VALUATION DISCLAIMER
5.1. AI Limitations: Coin identification is performed by automated AI systems. While we strive for accuracy, the system may produce errors, false positives, or incorrect grading.
5.2. No Professional Appraisal: The estimated values provided by the Application are theoretical estimates based on aggregated market data. They do NOT constitute a professional numismatic appraisal or a guarantee of value.
5.3. No Financial Advice: The Application is not a financial advisor. You should not rely on the Application for making decisions regarding the purchase, sale, or investment in coins or precious metals. We strongly recommend consulting a professional numismatist before trading.
5.4. Release of Liability: You expressly agree that the Company is not responsible for any financial losses or damages resulting from your reliance on the data provided by the Application.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND ANALYTICS
The Application integrates third-party tools to deliver its services. By using the Application, you acknowledge our use of:
Firebase: For backend infrastructure and authentication.
Adapty: For subscription infrastructure.
Adjust: For marketing attribution and analytics.
Microsoft Clarity: For analyzing user experience through heatmaps.
Google Analytics 4: For tracking usage metrics.
7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
Use the Application for any illegal purpose, including the trade of stolen goods or counterfeit currency.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
Use any robot, spider, crawler, or scraper to access the Application or extract data.
Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group using the Application.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATION.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms in the Application. Your continued use of the Application after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the terms.
