1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Coin Reels mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App") and its affiliated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our App and related services.
2. Service Description
2.1 Service Scope
Coin Reels provides users with entertainment and interactive functional services. Core features are available for free to all users, and certain in-app functions may display third-party advertisements during use. You acknowledge and agree that in-app advertisements are an inherent part of our free service.
2.2 Service Changes
We reserve the exclusive right to adjust, update, suspend, or terminate any service functions of the App at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to service content, functional settings, display rules, access permissions, and interactive mechanisms. We shall not be liable to users or any third party for any adjustments or suspensions of services.
3. User Obligations
When using the App and our services, you shall strictly comply with all applicable national and local laws, regulations, industry norms, and platform rules, and you agree not to engage in the following prohibited behaviors:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or tampering with the App’s source code, program logic, data resources, and functional modules;
- Using automated tools such as bots, crawlers, scripts, or manual malicious operations to interfere with, disrupt, or break the normal operation of our services;
- Publishing, uploading, disseminating, or spreading illegal, violent, pornographic, harmful, infringing, or other inappropriate and non-compliant content through the App;
- Using the App and its related services for any commercial, profit-making, or unauthorized purposes beyond personal non-commercial entertainment use;
- Engaging in any other behaviors that violate legal regulations or damage the legitimate rights and interests of us and other users.
4. Violation Consequences
If we reasonably determine that you have violated the above user obligations or any applicable terms and regulations, we reserve the right to take disposal measures without prior notice, including but not limited to warning reminders, restricting partial service functions, suspending account usage, permanently banning accounts, and freezing or clearing relevant account rewards. We shall not refund or compensate for any lost benefits caused by your violation of terms.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights of the App are exclusively owned by us or our authorized licensors, including but not limited to interface design, visual icons, text content, graphic materials, algorithm logic, software programs, and functional frameworks. Such rights are protected by global copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws and regulations.
Without our explicit written authorization, no user or third party may copy, reproduce, modify, disseminate, distribute, sublicense, commercialize, or otherwise use any of the App’s content and functional modules in any form.
6. Third-Party Content and Services
Our App may contain links, entrances, or access channels to third-party websites, platforms, and services. We do not operate, control, or supervise any third-party content and services. We do not guarantee the legality, accuracy, security, completeness, and timeliness of third-party resources, and assume no legal liability for any risks, losses, or disputes arising from your use of third-party services.
You shall independently judge and bear all risks arising from accessing and using third-party platforms and resources.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
7.1 Service Warranty Exclusion
We provide all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App services will operate continuously, completely, error-free, or be fully compatible with all mobile device models, system versions, and network environments.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by you or third parties due to the following circumstances:
- Service interruptions, delays, or data exceptions caused by force majeure factors (including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, policy adjustments, etc.), third-party technical failures, or network abnormalities;
- Data loss, reward loss, or property damage caused by users’ unauthorized operation, account leakage, improper use, or personal negligence;
- Disputes and losses arising from users’ access to and use of third-party content and services.
7.3 Non-Professional Advice Statement
All content and functional tools provided by the App are for user entertainment and auxiliary reference only. None of the App’s content constitutes professional medical, legal, financial, or industry professional advice. For any important personal decisions, please consult qualified professional practitioners.
