1. Use of the App

Braino is a digital well-being tool designed to help you reduce screen time and improve focus through gamification and app blocking.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Braino: Screen Time App offers premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions:

Subscription Terms:

Immediate Access: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account immediately at the confirmation of purchase.
No Free Trial: Braino does not offer a free trial period; subscriptions begin immediately upon purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
Processing: All subscription processing and management are handled via RevenueCat and Apple In-App Purchases.

An active subscription unlocks:

Unlimited App Blocking: Full control over which apps to restrict.
Advanced Focus Statistics: Deep insights into your digital habits.
Interactive Braino Quizzes: Educational content to break the doomscrolling cycle.
Custom Reminders: Personalized alerts from Braino to keep you on track.

Local Storage: Braino stores your data locally on your device. We do not provide cloud backups.

As-Is: The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that your screen time will decrease solely by installing the app; it requires user intent.
Liability: We are not liable for any data loss or financial consequences arising from the use of the app.
