Use of the App
You may use the app to record blood pressure and heart rate readings, visualize trends, and optionally estimate heart rate via the camera. You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to access data without authorization.

User Content
You retain ownership of the data you enter (e.g., readings, notes, tags). You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your entries and for keeping your device secure.

Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, code, and assets, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the app or its content except as permitted by applicable law.

Health and Safety Disclaimer
The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Do not rely on the app for diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Camera Feature
The heart rate feature uses the device camera to estimate heart rate on-device. No photos or videos are stored by the app.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data arising from your use of the app.

User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• Ensuring readings are entered correctly and devices are used as intended
• Maintaining the security of your device and backups
• Managing Health permissions in the Health app
• Consulting clinicians for medical interpretation of readings

Subscriptions & Billing
Some features may require a subscription. Billing is managed by Apple. Trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow Apple’s App Store policies. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
