Three to four process images will be sent for your approval.  You are prohibited from asking for changes after color check. You are granted up to 2 revisions each check. Charges will apply if additional revisions are requested after maximum number of revisions are reached.

 Commissions may take a week to 2 months.  This depends on queue and schedule. I will let you know if anything comes up that may cause delays.

 Payment will be done through Paypal invoice and must be paid in full.  You secure a slot when you are paid and at then will I start on your request. Any additional charges must be paid before the final work is sent. 

 Installments may be considered for requests over 300 USD.  However, the total should be paid fully after second progress check.

 Refunds will only take place under two conditions:  one, if I have not started on your commission; two, if there are circumstances wherein I will not be able to do your commission. Otherwise, I do not allow them.

 I have the right to refuse commission requests.  This will most likely be because of difficulty and my own time management.

 I hold rights to the commissioned piece.  As the artist, I own rights to my works and you are to not claim it as your work. I am allowed to post commissioned pieces in portfolios and social medias.

 All requests are considered Personal Use unless stated otherwise.  Using commissioned work for merchandise is allowed as long as it is for PERSONAL USES without monetization.

 Commercial Use is allowed for additional fees.  There is a x2 charge for commercial use. What constitutes as commercial use is using the commissioned work for production, streaming, and any other that suggests monetization.

 Use for NFT or AI is prohibited.  Under no circumstance should you use the commissioned work for NFT or upload for AI, may it be requested for personal or commercial use.

 Repost is allowed.  As long as it is properly credited to my Twitter or Instagram @iunsei. A watermarked version will be provided to you for this purpose. Posting the watermarked version is suggested but not obligatory. 

 Please be as specific as possible!  If you are able to send me poses as reference or anything that may help me draw to your liking please do send them to me.

 Upon requesting commission, you are agreeing to the terms above.  Blacklisting or legal action may be taken upon violation.
