These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Remove Object mobile application (“App”), provided by Solution Cat Limited (“Solution Cat,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the App.
If you are below the legal age of majority in your country or region, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The App provides photo-editing tools that may allow users to remove unwanted objects, people, text, watermarks, logos, clutter, and other selected areas from images.
Some features may use artificial intelligence or automated image-processing technology. Results may vary depending on image quality, subject complexity, selected area, background, lighting, and other factors.
We do not guarantee that every edit will be accurate, complete, seamless, or suitable for a particular purpose.
The App may provide free editing credits or limited access to certain features.
Users may be able to earn additional credits by watching rewarded advertisements. The number of credits awarded, availability of advertisements, credit limits, and features accessible through credits may change.
Credits:
Have no monetary value
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Cannot be transferred between users
May expire or be removed where reasonably necessary
May be limited to specific features
May not be available when advertisements cannot be provided
We may modify or discontinue the free-credit system at any time, subject to applicable law.
The App may offer auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features, such as unlimited or increased access to AI object-removal tools, removal of advertisements, or other benefits described on the subscription screen.
The exact features included in each plan are shown in the App before purchase.
Available plans may include:

Prices are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, promotional offer, and App Store pricing rules.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm your purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. The renewal charge will be based on the subscription price applicable to your plan, unless Apple has notified you of a permitted price change.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
We may offer a free trial, discounted introductory period, promotional offer, or other subscription incentive.
The duration and eligibility requirements will be displayed before purchase.
Unless cancelled before the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid auto-renewable subscription at the price displayed when you subscribed.
Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase another subscription, where permitted by Apple’s rules.
Eligibility for free trials and promotional offers may be determined by Apple and may be limited to eligible users.
You may cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid subscription period, and you will generally retain access until that period expires.
Payments, billing, cancellations, and refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s applicable terms and refund policies.
Solution Cat Limited cannot directly issue App Store refunds or control Apple’s refund decisions.
The App may provide a “Restore Purchases” option that allows you to restore eligible subscriptions or purchases associated with your Apple ID.
Restoration requires the same Apple ID used for the original purchase and may require an internet connection.
You agree not to use the App:
For unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes
To violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or contractual rights
To remove ownership marks, copyright notices, logos, or watermarks from content without authorization
To create misleading, defamatory, impersonating, or fraudulent content
To edit identification documents, financial documents, evidence, or official records for deceptive purposes
To upload content containing malware or harmful code
To interfere with the App, servers, security measures, or technical operation
To reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, resell, or exploit the App except where applicable law expressly permits it
To bypass subscription restrictions, credits, purchase verification, or access controls
To use automated systems to overload, scrape, or misuse the App
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe the App has been misused.
You retain ownership of photos and other content that you submit to the App.
You grant us and our service providers a limited, temporary right to process the content only as necessary to provide the requested App features, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
You own the content or have permission to use and edit it
Your content and use of the App comply with applicable laws
Your edits do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights
You have authorization before removing watermarks, logos, signatures, notices, or identifying information
We do not claim ownership of your photos merely because you process them through the App.
The App, including its design, software, interface, graphics, branding, features, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Solution Cat Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the applicable App Store usage rules.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
The App may rely on third-party services for:
AI image processing
Advertising
Analytics
Crash reporting
Subscription processing
Cloud infrastructure
We do not control every third-party service and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, availability, or conduct.
Your use of Apple services, including the App Store and in-app purchases, is also governed by Apple’s applicable terms.
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the App.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available
Every feature will remain unchanged
AI processing will always complete successfully
The App will be compatible with every device or operating-system version
Advertisements will always be available for earning credits
Edited images will meet every user’s expectations
Updates may be required to continue using certain features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solution Cat Limited and its directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including:
Loss of data or photos
Loss of profits or revenue
Business interruption
Subscription-access problems
Unsuccessful or inaccurate image edits
Unauthorized use of edited content
Third-party service failures
Our total liability relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to us through the App during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solution Cat Limited from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:
Your misuse of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your content or edits
Your violation of another person’s rights
Your violation of applicable law
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, fraud, security risks, legal requirements, or a material violation of these Terms.
Termination does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. You must cancel the subscription through your Apple ID settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country or region apply.
Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Bangladesh unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Solution Cat Limited, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance, support, warranties, claims, or legal compliance, except as required under Apple’s applicable terms.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce applicable provisions against you after you accept them.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store usage rules.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App, subscriptions, legal requirements, or business practices.
Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date. Where required, we may provide additional notice.
Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
