This Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and extensions.p】 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It governs your use of and access to the mobile application “AI Translator” (the “App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.
Modifications to the Agreement
We reserve the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time. Updates will become effective once posted within the App. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
Users aged 13 to 17 may use the App only under the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Children under 13 are strictly prohibited from using the App.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and are legally competent to enter into this Agreement.
Purpose and Features of the App
The App is a utility application designed to enhance your mobile experience. Key functions may include (but are not limited to):
Detecting and removing duplicate or similar photos, screenshots, bursts, and Live Photos;
Identifying, cleaning, and merging duplicate contacts;
Backing up contact information;
Quick delete functions for files or contacts.
Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, you must cease using the App immediately.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in the following activities:
Using the App for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes;
Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or distributing the App without authorization;
Sharing, sublicensing, or lending the App to third parties without permission;
Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
Attempting to compromise the App’s functionality or use it for unauthorized activities.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and potential legal consequences.
Availability and Updates
The App requires internet access and a compatible device.
The App is designed for iOS 10.0 or later, though compatibility on all devices is not guaranteed.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.
Features may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without notice.
You may uninstall the App at any time if you no longer wish to use it.
Third-Party Services
The App may integrate or link to external services or websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, practices, or terms of service.
If you use ad-blocking features, certain websites or services may restrict access. You are solely responsible for complying with any applicable third-party terms.
Data Sharing for Refund Processing
In order to facilitate App Store refund requests, we may share limited data with Apple Inc., such as:
Usage activity and purchase history;
Subscription status and duration;
Content accessed within the App.
This data is shared exclusively for refund validation and is not used for advertising or tracking.
You may manage or withdraw your consent in App Settings → Privacy & Data Sharing.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee the App will be free from errors or always accessible.
We do not guarantee complete removal of duplicates or unwanted files.
We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and technical compatibility.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.
