TERMS OF USE (EULA) FOR THE MOBILE APPLICATION "KARMON AI"

This Terms of Use agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") governs the relationship between KARMON AI MCHJ (hereinafter the "Company") and the user (hereinafter the "User") regarding the use of the mobile application "Karmon AI" (hereinafter the "App").

Please carefully read this Agreement before using the App. By using the App, the User fully agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The App is intended for personal finance management, expense and income tracking, linking bank cards, creating virtual cards, and utilizing additional financial tools.
1.2. The App operates on a freemium model, with optional paid subscriptions available.
1.3. Users agree to comply with this Agreement and applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. REGISTRATION AND ACCESS
2.1. Full use of the App requires registration, including mandatory provision of an email address and a mobile phone number.
2.2. Providing name, username, and other personal data is voluntary.
2.3. Users may set a PIN code for secure access. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their PIN codes.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAID FEATURES
3.1. Certain App features are accessible only through an active paid subscription, purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play.
3.2. All payments are processed by the respective app stores. The Company does not store Users' credit or debit card details.
3.3. Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations are managed in accordance with the policies of the respective app stores.

4. PERSONAL DATA
4.1. All matters related to processing and storing Users' personal data are regulated by a separate Privacy Policy.
4.2. Personal data collected by the App is used solely to provide services and improve service quality.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1. The Company is committed to ensuring uninterrupted operation of the App within its technical capabilities.
5.2. The User agrees to:

• Provide accurate information during registration;
  
  

• Adhere to security guidelines for accessing the App;
  
  

• Avoid using the App for unlawful purposes. 5.3. The Company reserves the right to modify App features without prior notice.
  
  

6. LIABILITY
6.1. The Company is not liable for interruptions in App functionality due to third-party actions, hardware, or software failures.
6.2. The Company is not responsible for User losses resulting from incorrect App use or violation of this Agreement.
6.3. Users bear full responsibility for protecting their registration data and PIN code.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved amicably through negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through the courts according to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. The Company may amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments become effective upon posting within the App.
8.2. Continued use of the App after amendments constitutes User acceptance of the new Agreement terms.
